Keep in mind that shirt weights may vary from one territory to another and from one year to the next. Manufacturers change the 'recipe' occasionally, and not only that, the weight can change due to things like humidity too. Another thing that can change the weight is a 'heather' finish (this will make it lighter by a couple of grams). Therefore, take these as a rough and always round guide.
Pack it, pack it.
Also, let's talk about the packaging. An excellent way to send an individual shirt is a plastic bag. These are of great value, waterproof and lightweight. Normally, a plastic advertisement that can contain a folded shirt will measure approximately 250 mm x 350 mm (10 x 14 ). In the United Kingdom, this also has the advantage of being small enough to qualify for the most economical type of package shipping. However, these mail bags add 15g to each item, so be careful!
